Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 16, 2026

You can ask Marsh Dog Media to delete the data we hold about you or your business at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@marshdogmedia.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include your name, your business name, and the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved, if any, so we can find your data.
3. We may reply to confirm the request came from you.

What we delete

• Facebook Page and Instagram access tokens issued to our app
• Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, and related account details we've stored
• Drafts, scheduled posts, and content files we keep for your account
• Your contact information and correspondence, unless we're required to keep certain records, such as invoices, by law

Deleting data on our side doesn't remove posts already published on Facebook or Instagram. You can delete those directly on the platform.

How long it takes

We'll complete your request and confirm by email within 30 days.

Remove our app's access in Facebook

You can cut off our app's access yourself at any time, whether or not you email us:

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations. On some accounts it's under Apps and websites, or you can go straight to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
3. Find the Marsh Dog Media app and select Remove.
4. For Instagram, open Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove the app, or remove it through the connected Facebook Page.

Once access is removed, our tokens stop working. We'll then delete the stored tokens and IDs as described above.
